"On Friday August 7th, I was at the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa Florida. Near the Council Oaks restaurant, classes were being taught on how to play the different table games. I stayed the day and learned how to play Let it Ride, Three card poker, Paigow, and Blackjack. I just want to commend you on your instructors for these classes, Jenna and Marivic. I enjoyed learning the different card games from them. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all of us. I would enjoy taking additional classes from them if offered, like the basic strategy of the games. Please recognize Jenna and Marivic and pass on my appreciation for the assistance they provided me in learning the different table games. I look forward to testing my new found knowledge. "I just wanted to share with you my experience at the Hard Rock. Months ago was my first visit. Now I go 2 to 3 times a week. Why? It's like this; I go nowhere and do nothing. Now I get to talk to my wife on our 1 hour ride there and then the fun begins. I have to tell you this, for the amount of people there coming and going the bathrooms are spot clean. Great music, shops and restaurants which we always go to. Your employees are always pleasant and will always help you out. I park on the roof in the handicap next to elevator (bad knees) to try to cut down on the walking. At 70 my wife and I are coming alive again; it's like dating. This Sunday was a blast. I never saw so many people. It's really not about winning as much as it is the fun. Keep up the good work and give your employees a thumbs up for the service."

I received a birthday card with free play that allowed me to spend a few hours in the casino playing my favorite slots. I love coming to see all the new games and love trying to win the "Big One" although it hasn't happened yet. But, believe me, I will continue trying. We are regular guests and we love all the little things you do that make us feel special. It seems as if when you make a change, you replace something we enjoyed with something we end up enjoying even more. It gets harder and harder to find one staff person to commend, and this visit my husband felt that Karen in the pool area to be particularly kind and efficient as she checked to make sure we were being taken care of properly. "I have stayed in your hotel several times and have always been very pleased with your entire staff, the bell boys are very helpful and most have a wonderful sense of humor. We love the pool area and the grouper sandwich is excellent and we have eaten at each of the restaurants including the vip room. The vip room is by far a 10+. I just returned from Vegas and I would take your hotel and casino over any in Vegas. Once a month I stay over with a group of girls 'girls nite out' and we look forward to our stay, always knowing we will have a most enjoyable and exciting time. Your check in staff noticed my wife was pregnant and gave us a free upgrade to a king spa. My wife loved it. We have stayed there about 5 times this year already, and we plan on coming back very soon. I really appreciate everything and I look forward to staying there many times in the future. We spent a lot of time in the casino, on Triple Butterfly 7's. She loves that game. Can't wait to save up some more money to come back. Thanks for everything!

I wanted to thank you for our wonderful stay at your hotel.My husband is 100% disabled from Iraq and going there is one of the few things that he can enjoy.I don't know how on earth you manage to find your employees. It doesn't matter if it's housekeeping, security, room service, casino floor workers or the front desk, everyone of them are exceptional every time.I've seen players verbally abuse them and never once have I seen your staff being anything but gracious. My husband was a 30 year Marine so we have traveled a lot but I have never been anywhere that has even come close to your hotel.I wanted you to know that by giving us a room you made a returning "wounded warrior" very happy. Even the security people at the elevators were wonderful. Everyone there said Happy Birthday to me even the slot machines !!!! I have the best birthday ever thanks to Hard Rock Cafe and Casino. I just wanted to send you a personal thank you from me and my wife for the outstanding weekend we had at The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino...everything far exceeded any expectations I had. Every person on staff there is top notch, from the lady at the front desk to your concierge Stephan to Brittany our server at Council Oak, which was the best meal I may have ever had, to the little things left in our room after dinner. The robes and the wine were an amazing touch.

Thank you so much Hard Rock for the two (2) wonderful ATV's I won in your "Toys of Summer" Promo on July 18th, 2007. We, of course, took the ATV's. Your provider (Extreme Sports) was so very nice and all your staff as usual were Excellent. You provide the best service I have ever received from a Gaming Franchise. From Las Vegas to Az and then Biloxi, TAMPA is the best. I notice you have lots of local people who order a soda and then not even tip a "buck" for the waitress to deliver it and "SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE".. Those people are treated just like the tippers and it always amazes me!

Just spent 2 great days at Tampa. Always enjoy myself. Usually have at least one room service while there. This time I had dinner on Monday night. Ordered the macaroni and cheese entree. Boy, was that the very BEST EVER mac & cheese that I have ever had! Please see that the chef that made it receives this accolade. Also, would it be possible to receive a copy of the recipe? If so, I would love it. Thanks again for providing a great hotel, wonderful service and food that pleases the palate. Winning a few bucks also keeps me happy.

I have to tell you that your hotel is first class. I have stayed there twice this month and I really enjoyed every moment. Whoever is managing the hotel is doing an outstanding job. My rooms were fabulous both times and the service is excellent. Whenever I travel to Tampa, I will stay with your hotel and I have told at least 10 other people about my positive experience. I visited the SEMINOLE HARD ROCK and had the time of MY LIFE! I LOVE the hotel/casino/entertainment there. It was so wonderful. I loved playing the slots. (I won)!! I also joined the Player's Club as you suggested, THANKS! I'll be back, that's for sure. I was there the day before Thanksgiving and it was cold, so I bought a HARD ROCK JACKET with my "winnings". Nice place. I will be sure to tell ALL of my family and friends about the hospitality and treatment that I received while at your establishment.

I just recently visited the Tampa location on November 07, 2006 and I was amazed! I was so surprised to see how your employees enjoy their jobs and how welcomed they made me feel during my one day stay there. I felt like for one day I was a queen in my own place and I felt like I was at home very welcomed and to be honest I do not have the right words to say how GREAT I felt during my stay. I was just overwhelmed with the great service and communication the staff provided to me as well as there smiles. After my visit I do plan to go back and enjoy more the casino it is so beautiful and the people is what makes the place, what it is The best hotel stay ever. I will never forget my stay and the people that made it wonderful.

I am sure your job is a very stressful one planning event after event with all types of people... some probably very difficult as they are under the stress of planning their events. I have worked conventions for over 30 years and have spent a bit of time in the kitchens and back hallways of hotels and convention centers. Without a doubt working with you and the Seminole Hard Rock staff was the best experience of my life. We are a small organization that relys solely on volunteers to put on camps for women and children with cancer. We are always down to the wire with the events we put on because we rely on people that donate their time and services. As usual we were still setting things up five minutes after we were to open the doors. What made it the night was the fact that your staff just went with the flow. They were there and ready when we needed them. They knew exactly what to do. They made out models and guests feel like royalty. I will talk about the quality of food, the friendliness of the staff and the attention to every detail till I take my last breath.

Oh, have I told you how much I LOVE the Faces of Courage Seminole Hard Rock Pin? You made our Breast Cancer Models feel like rock stars.
This is an event they (and I) will never forget.
