Do we offer Craps and/or Roulette?
While we do not offer Craps or Roulette, we do feature thousands of your favorite Slots, Poker, Blackjack and other table games on 190,000 sq. feet of gaming space.

Our lowest limit table games are usually located in the casino area near the North Garage.

We offer $5 Blackjack 7 days a week in the Seminole Hard Rock Girls Pit from 12PM - 7PM. On the main casino floor, we offer $5 Blackjack Games 6PM Sunday - 6PM Friday.

How to enter a drawing?
Simply swipe your Seminole Player's Club card at any kiosk or slot machine during the entry period and be present to win the day of the drawing! Signing up for a Player's Club card is fast, free and easy. You must be 21 & up. Casino patrons are allowed 1 free swipe each day. Swipe your Player's Club card at any kiosk located throughout the property.

What's your casino age limit?
18 & up for Poker, 21 & up for Slots and other table games. We do not allow children on the casino floor at any time.

What games do you offer?
We have 50 Poker tables of live-action High Stakes Texas Hold’em, Seven-Card Stud & Omaha Hi-Lo, and table games like Blackjack, Casino War, Texas Hold’em Poker, Three Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Asia Poker, Let It Ride, Midi and Mini Baccarat.

What is the dress code?
We require that shoes and a shirt be worn at all times. If visiting our Council Oak Steaks & Seafood restaurant, a sport jacket and fine dining attire is desired and recommended.

Are children allowed at Seminole Hard Rock?
Children are able to visit our restaurants or the pool with a guardian, but may not be left unattended at any time.

Do you sell gift cards?
We do sell gift cards in our retail store, good for food and beverage, hotel and merchandise, but not for playing in the casino.

Do you allow pets at your establishment?
Of course we welcome guide dogs in the casino, but your pet is welcome to join you in our AAA four diamond hotel! There is a $100 non-refundable fee, but we love your four-legged friends just as much as you do.

Do you have RV parking?
Because we have maximized our property and are utilizing every corner to make your experience better, we simply do not have the room for RV parking--our apologies.

Do you offer shuttle transportation from downtown or Tampa International Airport?
We do not offer shuttle transportation to/from anywhere, unless you've hopped on the bus with one of our bus partners: http://www.seminolehardrocktampa.com/gaming/bus-group-info. Do you offer scooters or wheelchairs?
We sure do. Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis and are complimentary. Motorized scooters are a $60 fee, credit card only. We are unable to guarantee day of, so please reserve in advance via Concierge.

Is parking free?
Yes, it is! We do offer Valet for a small fee, but all of our surface parking lots and garages are free.
