One of our most important priorities at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa is to ensure that our team has access to professional growth and development opportunities.  Our Team Members are our greatest asset and we want to help each member of the team achieve their greatest potential. 

We believe in developing our bench strength through a variety of programs, cross-training opportunities, and online and classroom training.  Career opportunities for Team Members with high-end guest service experience are available in the Player Development department.  This department is responsible for maintaining and generating new customer relationships and marketing our gaming products and amenities to valued guests.  The entry-level positions in Player Development are the PD Coordinator and the Hospitality Host.  

Growth and Development Opportunity:  

  • PD Coordinator to Hospitality Host to a Casino Host
  • Casino Host to an Executive Casino Host
  • Executive Casino Host to a PD Executive

  • Higher-level Hosts require a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training. The average cost of a bachelor’s degree is $6,410 annually and involves 120 credit hours that can be completed in 4 years as a full-time student.  {See information below about the company’s Tuition Reimbursement program below}

    Tuition Reimbursement Program

    Seminole Gaming offers up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement per calendar year. If you are a full-time Team Member and have been with us for at least one year, you can qualify for up to $4,000 for tuition reimbursement for classes taken at a university, college, or technical school.
