We believe in developing our bench strength through a variety of programs, cross-training opportunities, and online and classroom training.  Career opportunities for Team Members who possess computer systems aptitude are available in our IT department.  The entry-level position in the IT department is IT Service Tech I.  An associate's degree in computer science or at least 1 year of Helpdesk/call center experience is preferred.  The most important attributes are a positive attitude and computing skills which can be demonstrated with gaming backgrounds or self-taught home computing experience.

This position is responsible for: troubleshooting and diagnosing issues as reported by staff, gathering data to identify staff needs, and then using that information to identify, interpret and evaluate the system and network requirements.

  • IT Service Tech II and III positions are available.
  • Business Analyst, Systems Administrator, and Network Administrator opportunities are available.

    • These positions require a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

    Seminole Gaming offers up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement per calendar year. If you are a full-time Team Member and have been with us for at least one year, you can qualify for up to $4,000 for tuition reimbursement for classes taken at a university, college, or technical school.
