We believe in developing our bench strength through a variety of programs, cross-training opportunities, and online and classroom training.  Career opportunities for Team Members who are interested in working in the Sales and Marketing Industry are available in our S&M department. The entry-level positions in the Sales & Marketing department are the Marketing Specialist and the Advertising Specialist, which typically require a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.  These positions are responsible for: 

Marketing Specialist

  • Manages, executes, and sustains the brand through all direct mail and E-marketing initiatives.
  • Oversees the creation of print advertising vehicles including postcards, brochures, event materials, self-mailers, high-end invitations, posters, backlights, and large signage; assists with social media strategy, content creation, and reporting.
  • Collaborates with creative agency and production agency regarding project specifications to ensure consistency across all marketing platforms.

    • Advertising Specialist

  • Develops creative materials for all property promotions and advertising opportunities.
  • Creates copy and establishes production requirements for radio, print, and TV advertisements.
  • Coordinates photoshoots for printed material and advertising.
  • Coordinates all aspects of off-property advertisement collateral from start through completion.

    • The average cost of a bachelor’s degree is $6,410 annually and involves 120 credit hours that can be completed in 4 years as a full-time student.

    Seminole Gaming offers up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement per calendar year. If you are a full-time Team Member and have been with us for at least one year, you can qualify for up to $4,000 for tuition reimbursement for classes taken at a university, college, or technical school.
