  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT?

    Check-in starts at 4pm EST and Check-out is at 11am EST. An additional full day rate will be charged to guests staying past the standard check-out time.

     

    CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN ROOM TYPE?

    Requested room types may not be available during certain visits. We will do our best to try and accommodate everyone's request. Please speak to the Front Desk upon your arrival.

     

    WHAT IS THE ROOM CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY?

    All paid reservations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy, unless otherwise noted and will result in forfeiture of the first night's room and tax. Complimentary reservations will be cancelled by 9:00 p.m. on the day of check-in and are subject to a $50.00 "no show" fee.

     

    WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners and JCB. We also accept Cash, traveler's checks and Comp Dollars earned through your Seminole Wild Card account.

     

    DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

    Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 per stay/per pet will be assessed at the time of check-in. Dogs must be on a leash and supervised at all times while in public areas. Pets must be 50 pounds or less. No aggressive animals allowed.

     

    DO YOU OFFER WIFI?

    Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi for all hotel guests. Our network is Seminole Guest.

     

    DO YOU HAVE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ROOM?

    Yes, we have accessible rooms with the following features: hearing impaired room and physical impaired rooms. Please request if necessary at the time of booking to ensure room is available on your arrival date.

     

    DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING IN THE HOTEL ROOMS?

    Our hotel offers both smoking optional and non-smoking floors. We will always do our best to accommodate our guest's smoking preferences however these requests are non-guaranteed and based on availability at the time of Check-in. A non-refundable $200.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to any guests smoking in non-smoking rooms.

  • HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A SEMINOLE WILD CARD?

    Joining is fast, free and easy. Stop by the Player's Club in the Casino with a valid photo ID to sign up (must be 21or older). Rack up your Seminole Wild Card Rewards, earn Comp Dollars and qualify for promotions.

    HOW DO I GET A LINE OF CREDIT?

    You may contact your Casino Host for assistance in opening up a line of credit or apply online now.

    DOES THE CASINO OFFER SPORTS BETTING?

    No. Sports betting is not currently available in Florida.

    DO YOU OFFER CRAPS AND/OR ROULETTE?

    One of the coolest and most popular gaming machines on the casino floor has been our e-Craps and e-Roulette games. These games can be found near the Center Bar, in the Casino Expansion area and in the smoke free Mezzanine Level Casino. Guest response to these games is overwhelming!

     

    HOW DO I ENTER A DRAWING?

    Simply insert your Seminole Wild Card into any slot machine which will activate your entries. That means you can earn more entries just by having fun! Signing up for a card is fast, free and easy. Must be 21 & up.

    WHAT'S YOUR CASINO AGE LIMIT?

    18 years of age or older for Poker, 21 years of age or older for Slots and other Table Games. We do not allow children on the casino floor at any time.

    DO YOU OFFER LIVE ACTION POKER?

    Always smoke free, our luxurious poker room features 46 tables of Live Action Poker - from Texas Hold'em to Omaha Hi-Lo to Seven-Card Stud. This room also offers a Snack Bar, Sports Bar, 42 television screens and Wi-Fi throughout.     HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF MY WIN/LOSS STATEMENT?

    Guests can obtain their win/loss statements by one of the following ways:

    1. Visit any Player’s Club with a valid ID.
    2. Log in to your Seminole Wild Card account.
    3. Call Customer Care at 1-888-901-3255 and speak to an available agent. 
     

    HOW CAN I GET A LISTING OF TAXABLE WINNINGS (W2G, 1042S, OR 1099)?

    Guests can obtain a copy of the listing by calling Customer Care at 1-888-901-3255 and speak to an available agent. 

  • WHAT ARE THE ROCK SPA & SALON HOURS?

    Rock Spa & Salon is open daily for Nail, Salon and Barbershop services from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Spa services is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

    Limited spa services are being offered at this time. Visit Rock Spa & Salon on the second floor of the East Hotel Tower near the pool deck. To reserve a service or treatment, please call 813-627-7650.

     

    DO I HAVE TO BE A HOTEL GUEST TO USE ROCK SPA & SALON SERVICES?

    Rock Spa & Salon is available to both hotel and non-hotel guests at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa. Casino guests who are not registered as hotel guests are welcome to book experience appointments based upon availability. To reserve a service or treatment, please call 813-627-7650.

     

    WHAT IS ROCK SPA & SALON CANCELLATION POLICY?

    Because spa and salon services are scheduled specifically for you, we ask that you provide 12 hours advanced notice, should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at full treatment price. A late arrival will reduce your scheduled treatment time so that we may accommodate our previously scheduled guests.

     

    DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER?

    Yes, Rock Spa & Salon offers a complete workout facility which is available to our hotel guests. Appropriate gym attire, including athletic, closed-toe, rubber soled shoes and shirts are required.

     

    DO YOU HAVE TO BE A HOTEL GUEST TO USE THE POOLS?

    The pool area is available to registered hotel guests. The presence of a parent or legal guardian for children under 18 years of age is required.

     

  • WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

    Gift Cards are good for dining, hotel accommodations, entertainment and spa. Seminole Gaming Gift Cards cannot be used for slot play or to purchase casino chips. Gift Cards can be purchased on site at the Hard Rock Store.

  • IS PARKING FREE?

    Self-parking is free at Orient Road Garage, Draper Place Garage, Lucky Street Garage and surface parking lot for all guests.

     

    WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO DROP SOMEONE OFF?

    Drop off location is at the north casino/valet entrance of the Porte-cochère off of Orient Road.

     

    DO YOU OFFER VALET PARKING?

    We do offer valet parking for a $20 fee for short term (12 hours). For long term valet parking (over 12 hours), the fee is $25 per day. And, for oversized vehicle the fee is $30. Cash/Credit Card only, excludes Comp Dollars. Valet is located at the new Porte-cochère.

     

    WHERE CAN MY UBER, LYFT OR TAXI CAB DRIVER DROP ME OFF?

    Uber/Lyft/Taxi drop off and pick up location is at the north casino/valet entrance of the Porte-cochère off of Orient Road.

  • ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT SEMINOLE HARD ROCK?

    Children are able to visit our restaurants or, if they're a hotel guest they also must be with a guardian. Children may not be left unattended at any time.

     

    WHAT IS YOUR DRESS CODE?

    We require that shoes and a shirt be worn at all times. If visiting our Council Oak Steaks & Seafood restaurant, a sport jacket and fine dining attire is desired and recommended.

     

    DO YOU OFFER WHEELCHAIRS?

    We sure do. Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis and are complimentary. Stop by the hotel Front Desk or Concierge to check if a wheelchair is available.

    DO YOU OFFER SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION FROM DOWNTOWN OR TAMPA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?
