Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in starts at 4pm EST and Check-out is at 11am EST. An additional full day rate will be charged to guests staying past the standard check-out time.
Room Type Policy
We try to meet everyone's complete request. However, some room types may not be available. Please speak to the Front Desk upon your arrival.
Cancel and No Show Policy
All reservations, whether complementary or cash paying, must be canceled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a 1 night full rate fee. No shows will also be charged a 1 night full rate fee as well. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events, promotions or conventions.
We welcome dogs of all breeds with a $100 per pet/per stay. The weight limit for all breeds is 50 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. No aggressive animals allowed.
A refrigerator is upon request for an additional $10 a day. Each room is equipped with a mini-bar which includes a variety of snacks and non-alcoholic/alcoholic beverages at individual costs.
Rollaway Bed Policy
Rollaway beds are available for a $25 per day fee. Limit 1 rollaway bed per room.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners and JCB. We also accept Cash, traveler's checks and Comp Dollars earned through your Seminole Wild Card account.
Handicap Accessible Room
We provide accessible rooms with the following features: hearing impaired rooms, handrails in bathrooms and bathtubs, roll-in showers with handrails and removable shower heads.
We are a smoke free hotel, except for rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors.
How do I sign up for a Seminole Wild Card?
Signing up for a Seminole Wild Card is easy. For your convenience, we have two Player’s Club Centers on property – one across from VIP Slots and one located between the Winner’s Way and Lucky Street garage entrances. Our friendly reps will be happy to make you a card and tell you about any promotions for that day. You must be 21 and older to join. For security reasons, we do not have online sign up.
How do I get a line of credit?
You may contact your host for assistance in opening up a line of credit or apply online now.
Does the casino offer sports betting?
No. Sports betting is not currently available in Florida.
Do you offer Craps and/or Roulette?One of the coolest and most popular additions to our casino floor has been the introduction of our e-Craps and e-Roulette games. With the wild success of these games, they are now all located in a “pit” around the Center Bar. Plus, we’ve added a new e-Big Six Wheel. Having all the e-tables right next to each other is, well, virtually awesome! Guest response to these games is overwhelming!
How do I enter a drawing?
Simply insert your Seminole Wild Card into any slot machine which will activate your entries. That means you can earn more entries just by having fun! Signing up for a card is fast, free and easy. Must be 21 & up.
What's your casino age limit?18 & up for Poker, 21 & up for Slots and other Table Games. We do not allow children on the casino floor at any time.

Do you offer live action poker?
Welcome to one of the largest poker rooms in the state of Florida! Always smoke free, our new state-of-the-art poker room features 46 tables of Live Action Poker - from Texas Hold'em to Omaha Hi-Lo to Seven-Card Stud. This luxurious room also offers a Snack Bar, Sports Bar, 42 television screens and Wi-Fi throughout. We regularly feature tournaments, promotions and giveaways exclusively for our poker players. How can I get a copy of my win/loss statement?
Guests can obtain their win/loss statements by one of the following ways:
- Visit the Seminole Wild Card Player’s Club with valid ID.
- Log In to your Seminole Wild Card account (must have valid PIN and email on file)
- Call Customer Care at 1-866-388-4263.
Do I have to be a hotel guest to use Rock Spa services?
No. Rock Spa and Salon is available to both hotel and non-hotel guests at Hard Rock Tampa. Customers who are not registered as hotel guests are welcome to book experience appointments based upon availability.
What is the Spa cancellation policy?
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so within 12 hours prior to your service. There is a 100% charge for cancellations less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment within 4 hours of your service, there will be a 30% rescheduling fee. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment experience time will be shortened accordingly; and you will be responsible for payment in full. If you arrive more than five minutes late without prior notification, your appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and the appropriate fee applied to your credit card.
Does the hotel have a workout facility?
Yes, Rock Spa offers a complete workout facility which is available to our registered hotel guests for no extra fee. Appropriate gym attire, including athletic, closed-toe, rubber soled shoes and shirts are required.

Gift Cards can be used towards hotel stays, dining, spa, entertainment and more! Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase casino chips or slot credits. Choose from two options: eGift card or traditional plastic card.

Paid Parking is provided for Guests at Draper Place Garage, Lucky Street Garage and Winner's Way Garage. Here are a few things you need to know.
How much will it be to park?
There is a $10 flat rate. Those wanting to use Hard Rock parking to attend Amphitheatre concerts/events, the rate is $30.
How do I pay for parking?
When guests are exiting the property, they will pay for parking with cash or credit/debit card at the Pay Station Kiosks located inside the casino. In order to leave the garage, guests will be required to scan their parking payment receipt at the exit gates.
What if I just want to drop someone off?
Drop off location is at the North Entrance of Orient Road.
Where are the pay station kiosks located?
Pay stations kiosks are located at the casino level entrances at all three parking garages. They are staffed 24/7 by Player's Club.
Who receives complimentary parking?
Hotel Guests, Elite Members, XCARD Members, new Seminole Wild Card membership sign up and those who spend $50 dining in our restaurants, retail or Rock Spa and pay either by cash or credit/debit card (non-comped) will receive complimentary garage parking. Purchases at the Food Court, Center Bar, Lobby Bar and Pool Bar are not eligible for complimentary parking.
How does the complimentary parking work at the restaurants?
Those who spend $50 dining in our restaurants and pay by either cash or credit/debit card (non-comped) will receive complimentary garage parking. Guests will bring their dining receipt to the Player's Club to receive a Complimentary Garage Parking Pass. Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will be the exception and will issue the Complimentary Garage Parking Pass at the restaurant. The Complimentary Garage Parking pass will be given to the Security Officer at the garage exit gate.
Will I be able to pay for parking with Comp Dollars?
Yes, guests may redeem 10 Comp Dollars for parking validation at any Player's Club. Comp Dollars must cover the full $10 parking fee. Guests cannot make partial payments with Comp Dollars for the $10 parking fee.
How will Elite and XCARD Members receive complimentary garage parking?
Elite and XCARD Members must scan their VIP Parking Card to exit the parking gates. A Security Officer will be there to assist with any issues.
How will Hotel Guests receive complimentary garage parking?
Hotel guests will show their Room Key to the Security Officer to exit the parking gates.
How will New Seminole Wild Card Membership receive complimentary garage parking?
Guests will receive a Complimentary Garage Parking Pass at the Player's Club when they sign up for a Seminole Wild Card Membership the same day.
How will Spa & Retail Guests receive complimentary garage parking?
Spa & Retail Guests will receive a Complimentary Garage Parking Pass from the Rock Spa or Retail when they purchase more than $50 in products or services using cash or credit/debit card (non-comped).
Do you offer Valet Parking?
We do offer valet parking on the first floor of Lucky Street Garage for a $20 fee for short term (12 hours). For long term valet parking (over 12 hours), the fee is $25 per day. And, for oversized vehicle the fee is $30. Cash/Credit Card only, excludes Comp Dollars.
Do you have RV parking?
Due to limited outdoor parking, we are unable to accommodate RVs at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa. However, you can stay in your RV at Lazydays RV Campground, just a few minutes away. There you can enjoy paved campsites with full 50-amp hookups, a relaxing pool and hot tub, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, and morning newspaper, as well as numerous other amenities. Mention that you plan to visit the Seminole Hard Rock casino and you’ll receive a 10% discount for your campsite! Please call Lazydays RV Campground at 800.905.6627 for more information.
What is your dress code?
We require that shoes and a shirt be worn at all times. If visiting our Council Oak Steaks & Seafood restaurant, a sport jacket and fine dining attire is desired and recommended.
Are children allowed at Seminole Hard Rock?
Children are able to visit our restaurants with a guardian or, if they're a hotel guest, the pool. Children may not be left unattended at any time.

Do you offer shuttle transportation from downtown or Tampa International Airport?

Do you offer scooters or wheelchairs?
