Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. EST and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. EST. Express check-out through your email, room phone, television or with one of our Front Desk representative. An additional full day rate will be charged to guests staying past the standard check-out time.
Reservations for guests under the age of 21 will not be honored. A valid, government issued ID will be required at the time of check-in.
A credit card is required at the time of check-in. We will authorize the credit card on file for $100.00 per night at the time of check-in to cover security deposit, as well as any impending incidentals being billed to your hotel room. Any unused amounts will be released at the time of check-out. Based on your financial institution, your credit or debit card may experience extended hold times.
All paid reservations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy, unless otherwise noted and will result in forfeiture of the first night's room and tax. Complimentary reservations will be cancelled by 6:00 p.m. on the day of check-in and are subject to a $50.00 "no show" fee.
*All package reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date.
While there have been no cases of COVID-19 reported at any Hard Rock properties, in an abundance of caution, Hard Rock International has implemented increased hygiene routines, monitoring & operational protocols and additional preventive measures as the safety and wellness of our team members and guests is our top priority. Hard Rock International is continuously monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and tracking all updates from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Based on the travel restrictions put in place by these organizations, Hard Rock International will rebook your hotel reservation for a later date without any cancellation fees within a year. All rates are based on a single or double occupancy. Each additional guest is $20.00 per person, per night. Up to four (4) adults per room.
Requested room types may not be available during certain visits. We will do our best to try and accommodate everyone's request. Please speak to the Front Desk upon your arrival.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners and JCB. We also accept Cash, Traveler's Checks and Comp Dollars earned through your Seminole Wild Card account.
Any guest can request an early check-in, however these requests are based on availability. If your accommodations are not ready upon arrival our Bell Staff will be happy to hold your belongings until your hotel room becomes available.
Late check-out requests are taken night before departure date, based on availability and subject to late check-out fees. If late check-out is not taken our Bell Staff will gladly hold your belongings until you choose to depart.
Connecting rooms are available upon request. Any guest may request connecting rooms, but these requests are not guaranteed and are based on availability.
We provide accessible rooms with the following features: hearing impaired rooms and physical impaired rooms. Please request if necessary at the time of booking to ensure room is available on your arrival date.
Additional deep cleaning fees may be assessed after check-out if deemed necessary by housekeeping department. In cases of abuse, or misuse, of hotel rooms additional fees may apply. The guest will be responsible for all charges related to deep cleaning of room.
Our hotel offers both smoking optional and non-smoking floors. We will always do our best to accommodate our guest's smoking preferences however these requests are non-guaranteed and based on availability at the time of check-in. A non-refundable $200.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to any guests smoking in non-smoking rooms.
Outside liquor used to make mixed drinks will not be allowed into the hotel.
Each room is equipped with a refrigerator at no charge.
We are a pet-friendly hotel. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 per stay/per pet will be assessed at the time of check-in. Dogs must be on a leash and supervised at all times while in public areas. Pets must be 50 pounds or less. No aggressive animals allowed.
Free self-parking is available 24/7 for all guests in Lucky Street Garage, Winner's Way Garage, Draper Place Garage, Orient Road Garage and the surface parking lot.
Valet Parking is available 24/7 to all guests for a fee. Cash/Credit Card only, excludes Comp Dollars. Rates are as follows and subject to change based on availability.
Uber, Lyft and Taxi are welcome. Drop-off and pick-up location at the north casino/valet entrance of the Porte-cochère off of Orient Road.
Wi-Fi Access is available and free to all guests. Enjoy in your hotel room and in the lobby, restaurants, lounges and common areas.
