TAMPA, Fla. (November 20, 2015) – Three restaurants at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will be offering guests traditional Thanksgiving dinner choices next Thursday, November 26.

Rise Kitchen & Bakery will provide a menu of roasted butternut squash soup ($4.50) as well as a main course of herb roasted turkey, loaded mashed potatoes, cornbread sausage stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie with whipped cream ($16.50).

At Fresh Harvest (from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.), a buffet will be available for $45 per person. It will feature roast turkey with giblet gravy, pork tenderloin medallions with wilted spinach and orange-balsamic butter, green bean casserole with crispy mushrooms and melted onions, barbequed glazed slow smoked baby back ribs, craved whole roast of pig with honey mustard glaze, wasabi soy grilled swordfish, butternut squash and hazelnut bisque, sweet potato ravioli with maple brown butter shallot sauce and a variety of desserts.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will also offer a four-course dinner (from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.) for $65 per person. The menu will include roasted butternut squash soup, pistachio crusted scallops and a main course of Joyce Farms Natural Turkey with cinnamon roasted acorn squash, Bing cherry compote, jalapeno-cheddar corn bread stuffing and local honey glazed heirloom carrots. Dessert options will include a sweet potato cake, white chocolate mousse, cranberry meringue and candied pecans.
