TAMPA, Fla. (June 10, 2016) – Father’s  Day is right around the corner and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is set to provide an unforgettable culinary experience.

To that end, the property is offering guests the opportunity to win a $300 Council Oak steak dinner for Dad through a social media giveaway. To enter, you must like and share the post on the property’s Facebook page from June 10 to June 16.

Grey Salt, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, Fresh Harvest, Rise Kitchen & Bakery and Hard Rock Cafe will all be offering special menus on Sunday, June 19.

Grey Salt will feature a seafood paella (shrimp, scallops + lobster king crab + saffron) and smoked maple old fashion (knob creek smoked maple bourbon bitters, orange + cherry). Additionally, it will be offering a regular dinner menu and an international selection of wines focusing on the Mediterranean region served by the quartino, half and full bottles.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will offer a Father’s Day brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to include such items as king crab benedict, Council Oak frittata, Crème Brule-infused French toast and braised short ribs.

At Fresh Harvest, a brunch buffet (for $35 per person, plus tax) will be available between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. An extensive number of mouth-watering items will be offered including barbequed lamb porterhouse, shrimp scampi with house made fettuccine, chef carved bacon wrapped tenderloin, chipotle glazed lemon sole and a chef’s selection of desserts.

Rise Kitchen & Bakery will offer a menu that will include Nevada chili and the Father’s Day melt (Philly steak with roasted peppers and caramelized onions, muenster cheese and topped off with a traditional cheese sauce served on bakery fresh Texas toast). It will be served with a side of home style Rise macaroni salad.

Hard Rock Cafe will be duplicating its birthday special from June 14 on Father’s Day. For just $19.71, Dads can enjoy a Legendary® Burger, one 16-ounce pint of beer and a milkshake.
