TAMPA, Fla. (December 19, 2016) – Four dining venues at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will have special customized menus on Christmas Eve (Saturday, December 24), Christmas Day (Sunday, December 25) and New Year’s Eve (Saturday, December 31).

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
Council Oak’s holiday dining experience will be served from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will feature Chef de Cuisine David Puatu’s braised kurobuta pork belly (appetizer), swordfish en croute or a dry-aged pastrami rubbed New York strip steak (entrée), and mi-amére chocolate pudding (dessert).

On New Year’s Eve, from 4 p.m. to midnight, the fine-dining restaurant will feature crispy truffle infused king crab (appetizer), dover sole meuniére or cold smoked 60-day aged ribeye (entrée), and a roasted vanilla mousse, coconut dacquoise midnight kiss (dessert).

Grey Salt
On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Chef Marc Murphy’s Mediterranean restaurant will be offering fruits de mer (first course), wood burning rotisserie prime rib for two (main course) and chocolate bread pudding (dessert).

On New Year’s Eve, the restaurant will feature deviled eggs and caviar (first course), chateaubriand for two (main course) and champagne granite (dessert).

Fresh Harvest
On Christmas Day, there will be a special buffet from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. ($45 per person, plus tax). Among the many delights on the menu include a carved to order herb roasted prime rib, grilled mahi-mahi with sweet rum sauce, sweet and creamy Yukon potatoes with bacon, apples and cheddar and Executive Pastry Chef Stephan Schubert’s delectable selection of desserts.

A New Year’s Eve surf and turf dining special will be served from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Among the many options include a New York strip steak oscar, mustard crusted lamb chops with burgundy sauce, San Francisco cioppino and a tantalizing chocolate fountain with an exquisite selection of desserts.

Rise Kitchen & Bakery
Christmas Eve specials will be offered from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and include fried calamari with zesty marinara sauce (appetizer), shrimp scampi (entrée) and eggnog-infused cheesecake (dessert).

On Christmas Day, rockers of all ages can experience roasted sausage and kale soup (appetizer), prime rib with sides (entrée) and strawberry cheesecake (dessert).

Additionally, Rise Kitchen & Bakery will have take-home traditional holiday pies including apple, pumpkin or pecan pies for sale ($15). A dozen assorted cookies and a giant hand painted cookie of the season will also be available for guests.
