TAMPA, Fla. (April 6, 2017) – Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will offer special menus to celebrate the Easter holiday on Sunday, April 16.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
Menu options (which will be available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.) include Foier Gras Torchon (appetizer), Rolled Ribeye Cap (entrée) and Meyer Lemon-Raspberry Cheesecake (dessert).

Fresh Harvest
There will be a special buffet from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. ($45 per person, plus tax). Among the many delights offered will be New York Strip Diane, Bourbon Glazed Ham, Carved Steamship of Beef, Pork Roulade and Oyster Rockefeller. There will also be a dazzling array of hot and cold desserts.

Rise Kitchen & Bakery
Dining features will include Cedar Planked Salmon (entrée) and Strawberry Shortcake (dessert).
