WHAT: Council Oak Steaks & Seafood in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will host the fourth event of its 2018 Winemaker Dinner Series.

The event will feature wines from JUSTIN Winery, which is based in Paso Robles, California and recognized as the pioneer of award-winning Bordeaux-style wines on California’s Central Coast.

JUSTIN wine maker Scott Shirley will be in attendance for the cocktail reception and four-course dinner prepared by the culinary team in the Council Oak Steaks & Seafood open kitchen format that offers guests a live-action view.

The dinner will include cuisine such as boniato-chorizo croquettes (hors d’oeuvre), oven roasted pheasant (first course), prime-dry aged lamb tartare (second course), oven roasted porchetta chop (third course) and Mayan chocolate pavé (dessert). Each guest will receive a gift bag, which will include a half-bottle of JUSTIN Cabernet and other signature items. Additionally, there will be a raffle for an ISOSCELES magnum, which will be signed by Shirley.
