WHAT: Council Oak Steaks & Seafood in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa will host the fifth event of its 2018 Winemaker Dinner Series.

The event will feature wines from Kenwood Vineyards, which is considered one of California’s premium winemaking pioneers.

The event will feature a cocktail reception followed by a four-course dinner prepared by the culinary team in the Council Oak Steaks & Seafood open kitchen format that offers guests a live-action view.

The dinner will include cuisine such as Florida rock shrimp and yellowtail snapper ceviche (hors d’oeuvres), wood grilled Mediterranean octopus and chorizo (first course), dry-aged domestic lamb porterhouse (second course), dry-aged venison ribeye (third course) and plum and lingonberry-mascarpone tart (dessert).
