Specially themed menus will be the order of the day at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa on St. Patrick’s Day (Sunday, March 17).

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood

From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., holiday specials will include crispy corned beef potato soup ($12), Guinness braised lamb shank ($70) and dark chocolate Guinness cake for dessert ($12).

The Rez Grill

The featured St. Patrick’s Day special is Shepherd’s Pie ($32) and will be served from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. while supplies last.

Fresh Harvest Buffet

The property’s elevated variety dining experience will serve a St. Patrick’s Day brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $34.95 per person. A $5 discount will be offered to Seminole Wild Card members with valid ID. Elite and XCARD members may dine for $10 Comp Dollars ($20 Comp Dollars with a guest).

Brunch offerings will include corned beef, Shepherd’s Pie, Guinness beef stew and cheddar herb dumplings, fish & chips, corned beef eggs benedict and a wide selection of desserts.

Hard Rock Cafe

From 11:30 a.m. to midnight, the St. Patrick’s Day special will be freshly carved corned beef served with fingerling potatoes, carrots, cabbage and a side of Dijon mustard sauce ($17).
