Concepts Include a Dessert & Coffee Bar, Wine Experience, Pool Bar & Grill, and Italian Trattoria

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is pleased to announce the opening of four new concepts within the expanded hospitality complex. The four new concepts include Cipresso, a contemporary Italian-American trattoria; Constant Grind, featuring fresh casual eats and coffee; the Pool Bar & Grill serving lunch and dinner; and The Cellar, an upscale wine and retail experience. These four food and beverage options join the eleven other restaurants, lounges and bars open at the hotel and casino to present guests with endless options for dining, from quick-service to fine dining.

Traditional Italian-American favorites meet elegant décor and finessed service at Cipresso. The restaurant features a sophisticated cocktail and wine program, complete with housemade limoncello, a selection of over 100 wines, and crafted cocktails featuring Italian classics like the Fernet About It and the La Famiglia. Diners can enjoy handmade pastas and pizza in the main dining room, 24 seat bar or intimate pizza counter, or host an exclusive meal in the 16-seat private dining room. Standout dishes include the Carne Pizza, made from pizza dough fermented over two days, Lasagna, made with fresh pasta made from traditional 00 flour, and Nonna’s Meatballs, served with ricotta cheese and grilled bread, a comforting start to any dinner.

The Pool Bar & Grill is perfectly situated adjacent to the hotel complex’s three pools, offering breathtaking views of the tropical oasis area. The restaurant serves casual-yet-upscale selections for lunch and dinner seven days a week, such as The Big Dog, Fish Tacos, Louie Salad, and a selection of ice cream sandwiches filled with house made gelatos. The bar program features a list of specialty and frozen cocktails for poolside enjoyment, including the Lemon Surge, served in a pouch.

At Constant Grind, guests will find a selection of casual, on-the-go snacks and light meals, including freshly made pastries, fudge and sandwiches, as well as 12 varieties of house-made gelato. Executive Pastry Chef Stephan Schubert has also developed a menu of handcrafted chocolates to tempt anyone with a sweet tooth. The coffee program features Lavazza coffee and espresso specialty drinks.

An immersive wine experience, The Cellar is a haven for oenophiles of any level, where they can taste and purchase award-winning wines and premium spirits from the sampling and retail space. Three stunning custom chandeliers made from wine glasses drape from the ceiling, lighting up a tasting table laid with the day’s featured sips. The Cellar also features Enomatic machines, where guests can taste a selection of wines also available for purchase.

The Food Court was recently renovated and is a world of great food all in one place. From milkshakes, burgers, pizza, healthy options and Asian cuisine, the Food Court gives you plenty of choices for a quick bite. You’ll be refueled and re-energized to get back to the gaming action.

These concepts join The Rez Grill, Rise Kitchen & Deli, L Bar, Center Bar, Jubao Palace Noodle Bar, Hard Rock Cafe, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, Fresh Harvest Buffet, Rock ‘n Raw: The Sushi Joint and Poker Room Snack Bar to round out the food and beverage offerings at the expanded Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.
