SEMINOLE HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO TAMPA RESTAURANTS UNVEIL  HOLIDAY DINING SPECIALS AND OFFERINGS FOR THE 2019 SEASON

The fine-dining, upscale and casual dining concepts at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa are pleased to present their offerings for the Holiday 2019 season. Each restaurant will feature special dishes to help guests celebrate the season with the traditional flavors and comforts of a home-cooked meal.

Guests can find a wide variety of holiday specials at the new Italian-American concept, Cipresso, as well as Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, Fresh Harvest, Hard Rock Cafe, The Rez Grill and Rise Kitchen & Deli. Additionally, Rise Kitchen & Deli will offer take-home holiday pies featuring apple, cherry, pecan and pumpkin flavors at $15 per pie now through Dec. 25.

HOLIDAY/CHRISTMAS (Dec. 24 & 25)

From now through Jan. 5, The Hard Rock Cafe will offer their “Festive Menu,” a limited-time holiday prix fixe menu featuring either a two-course option for $28.95 or three-course option for $33.95.  Guests can choose one appetizer between the One Night In Bangkok Spicy Shrimp™ or Blue Cheese Chopped Salad; a choice of main course including Big Cheeseburger, Original Legendary Burger™, One Night in Bangkok Shrimp™ Burger, Impossible™ Burger, BBQ Grilled Chicken, Smoked Barbeque Combo, Steak Salad and Grilled Salmon; and end their meal with a mouth-watering Holiday Brownie.

For Christmas, Cipresso will pay homage to the Feast of the Seven Fishes with three seafood-based entrée specials. Guests can opt for Charred Octopus ($28) with green farro, fennel salad, lemon-thyme vinaigrette, lemon confit and Calabrian chilies. The dramatic Squid Ink Spaghetti alla Chitarra ($31) features homemade spaghetti colored black with squid ink, plus jumbo lump crab, uni cream and heirloom tomatoes. The Grilled Pompano ($38) comes with clam and mussel citronette, Cerignola olives, capers and oven roasted tomatoes.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will also offer three specials: one appetizer, one entrée and one dessert. To begin the holiday meal, guests can choose the Apple & Goat Cheese Salad ($13) topped with crispy prosciutto, candied walnuts and cider vinaigrette. A Dry-Aged Prime Rib ($47) is the perfect way to celebrate the season, and comes with red beet crème, fried fennel and balsamic jus. For dessert, opt for the Tiramisu Yule Log ($13) covered in espresso Chantilly, toasted meringue and caramel.

At Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinnertime, Fresh Harvest will serve a $40 per person buffet filled with items like Carved Prime Rib, Bourbon-Glazed Ham, Holiday Roasted Vegetables, and a selection of pizzas, pastas, grilled meats, sushi, dim sum and a full raw bar. Fresh Harvest’s Christmas Day brunch menu ($40) includes coffee, tea or soft drink, as well as the guest’s choice of more than 40 different dishes from the buffet, including Spiral Ham with Bourbon Brown Sugar Glaze, Grilled Bone-In Pork with Blackberry-Port Sauce, and a raw bar filled with oysters, clams and steamed crawfish and peel-and-eat shrimp.

The Rez Grill will offer a traditional Christmas Day entrée special featuring Herb Crusted Prime Rib ($45) accompanied by roasted fingerling potatoes, green beans, au jus, and horseradish cream. 

Rise Kitchen & Deli will offer a $35, three-course prix fixe Christmas menu, including starter, entrée and dessert. To start, guests will enjoy Smoky Butternut Squash Bisque with pepita seeds and a Parmesan cheese crouton. As their entrée, Traditional Christmas Dinner, featuring slow-roasted turkey, glazed ham, rosemary-garlic mashed potatoes and maple-glazed Brussels sprouts. To finish, White Chocolate Peppermint Bark Cheesecake.
