Celebrate Mother’s Day at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa Sunday, May 8. Mom can enjoy the special options offered at five dining venues at the property.

Cipresso

From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., the featured Mother’s Day special will include Florida black grouper with Key West pink shrimp risotto, chives, and shellfish reduction ($42); surf and turf eight-ounce filet mignon, Tristan lobster tail, grilled asparagus, and roasted garlic mashed potatoes ($125); and for dessert Fragolino brownie with strawberry mousse and chocolate ganache ($14).

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests can enjoy the featured Mother’s Day Brunch for $95 per person that will include a variety of selections such as a shrimp cocktail, Jonah crab claws, fresh shucked oysters, smoked salmon and smoked white fish at the seafood station; a salad station;  roasted aged New York striploin, Kurobuta pork loin with red wine demi, fig and apricot mostarda at the carving station; made-to-order eggs and omelets, butter milk pancakes, Belgian waffles (a la carte additions); and an assortment of cakes, desserts, breakfast breads and confections at the pastry station. Additionally, buffet tasting selections will be available, including stuffed French toast, lobster benedict, and chicken Florentine with sides.

The Rez Grill

Celebrate Mother’s Day in style with The Rez Grill’s featured special from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $75 per person. The featured Mother’s Day special will include choices such as heirloom tomato salad, stuffed French toast, snow crab avocado toast, or Rez shrimp (appetizer); steak and eggs; lobster Benedict, St. Louis ribs, and shrimp and grits (entrée) with dessert options such as petite chocolate budino, petite lemon curd, and cheesecake bar.

Rise Kitchen & Deli

From 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., The restaurant will present a Mother’s Day special for $45 per person that includes seared salmon with asparagus risotto and a citrus Beurre Blanc (entrée) along with vanilla Crème Brûlée for dessert.
