TAMPA, Fla. (December 16, 2022) – Celebrate this Christmas and New Year’s Eve holidays at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa with special holiday themed menus at seven of its dining venues.

Christmas holiday special features a delicious leg of lamb stuffed with spinach-goat cheese, pancetta, fingerlings potatoes and eggplant caponata ($55). For dessert, spiced apple pie with vanilla gelato and drizzled caramel ($14).

 

New Year’s Eve holiday special includes surf and turf ($125) and no bake cheesecake with champagne macerated strawberries, graham cracker crumbs and champagne whipped cream ($14). 

Christmas Eve specials will be available from 5 p.m. to midnight on Saturday, December 24. On Sunday, December 25, Christmas Day brunch specials will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ($95) and dinner specials will run from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. which will include slow roasted prime rib roast with sides for $90 per person.

 

New Year’s Eve three-course menu special for $160 per person will include beet and goat cheese salad for starters; surf and turf with sides for entrée; and butter cake with vanilla ice cream.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day holiday specials will include spiral ham served with collard greens and sweet potato casserole as the entrée and for dessert, pecan pie ($36.95). Holiday drink specials include Santa Sangria ($14) and Very Merry Cocktail ($18.99).

The Holiday special from Thursday, December 1 through Saturday, December 31 is Yaki Udon noodles which includes chicken, shrimp, barbeque pork, stir-fried with white onions, chives, Shiitake mushrooms, carrots with Yaki Udon noodles in a sweet and savory brown sauce ($23). 

Christmas specials will be available Saturday, December 24 and Sunday, December 25 for $39 per person. Chef’s garden salad will be offered alongside entrée applewood smoked brisket and tres leches cake for dessert. 

 

New Year’s Eve special will be available Saturday, December 31 from 4 p.m. until midnight for $65 per person. Menu special will be butter poached twin Canadian lobster tails with herb roasted red bliss potatoes, crisp apple slaw and sweet corn.

New Year’s Eve Omakase special will be available Saturday, December 31 at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. for $223 per person, reservations and deposit required to secure a seat. Featuring chef Kon Lee and menu special with an introduction of sparkling wine, global beginnings with Yuzu Collins Sake, Hokkaido scallop ceviche, New Zealand langoustine, grilled king crab, tempura trio (Hamachi kama, Anago, Sawagani), sashimi, Hotate scallop, surf and turf, and fried Japanese donuts with matcha sauce.

 

Christmas special will include Chateaubriand with a 12-ounce sliced beef tenderloin, roasted red bliss potatoes, white asparagus and pink pepper au poivre ($95). For dessert, apple bread pudding with cranberry rum compote fresh nutmeg and eggnog ice cream ($14).

 

New Year’s Eve specials include surf ‘n turf with lobster thermidor, 8-ounce ribeye cap and red wine demi ($135). For dessert, strawberry and champagne parfait with strawberry compote, vanilla cake and champagne pastry cream ($14).
