The Rez Grill, located in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, will stage a pairing dinner on Wednesday, May 3, at 6 p.m. featuring Don Julio Tequila, one of the world's most renowned and respected tequila brands.

From the smoky flavors of A5 carne asada to the zesty citrus notes of shrimp ceviche, each course will be perfectly complemented by a carefully curated Don Julio cocktail.

Guests will enjoy a first course of Shrimp Ceviche with cucumber, avocado and aguachile, paired with a Don Julio Blanco margarita. The second course will feature Maine Lobster Tostada served with black beans, lime crema and salsa verde paired with Don Julio 1942. For the main course, guests will enjoy A5 Carne Asada with grilled nopal-corn relish, yucca and mole sauce paired with Don Julio Ultima Reserva. Dinner ends with Lemon Pie comprised of lemon-olive oil cake, citrus confit, yuzu cheesecake and strawberry lemon verbena sorbet paired with Don Julio Primavera.
