Council Oak Steaks & Seafood

Guests can continue to enjoy the resort’s sophisticated American steakhouse signature brunch on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $95 per person.

Weekly brunch includes an array of delectable buffet options such as the signature Council Oak steak and eggs; French toast, breakfast skillet potatoes, made-to-order eggs, or omelette and three heartwarming choices of pancake mixes (chocolate chips, pecans, blueberries).

Hard Rock Cafe

Guests at this classic American fare restaurant can enjoy the International Women’s Month limited-time menu through April 30. Offerings include Pink Lace Margarita, an exclusive cocktail featuring Casa Del Sol, the luxury tequila brand co-founded by director, actress and activist Eva Longoria. A portion of proceeds from the cocktail will benefit Magee-Womens Research Institute and the Global Gift Foundation, which aims to create a positive impact for women, children, and families in need. In addition to the Pink Lace Margarita, the limited-time menu also features Berry Salad, Spring Pasta, Mahi Sandwich, Coconut Almond Sundae and the gin-based Run the World cocktail.

The Rez Grill

On Fridays throughout April, a special Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich will be available for $27.  Barbeque pickles, Texas toast, and French fries accompany the sandwich.

The Rez Grill weekly brunch menu special will include Rez shrimp, Heirloom tomato salad, oysters, or wild mushroom soup for starters.
