The Food and Beverage
A thoughtful curated menu offers diners a wide variety of elevated comfort food favorites ranging from a selection of items straight from the kitchen's Jade wood burning grill to hand-made pastas, and dishes meant for sharing that are playfully categorized as "table participation."
From a classic Lobster Roll to The Rez Burger, the menu is simple in its approach with locally-sourced and sustainably farmed ingredients acting as the star.
Equal dedication will be shown to the beverage program founded on craft cocktails and a 100-bottle wine list as well as four micro-breweries on tap, three of which are local to Tampa. A dynamic bar is outfitted with skilled mixologists who create made-to-order drinks using house-made syrups and juices.
The 5,000-square-foot interior combines a creative collaboration between designer Laurence Lee Associates and architect Klai Juba Wald. Modern and rustic details are juxtaposed with design features including patterned floors, sleek leather bar fronts, old weathered beams and rich walnut woods, giving customers a contemporary, yet old-fashioned pub feel. The painted crème colored moldings and woodwork elevate the room with lighter accents.
Long and tall glass windows surround the walls of the restaurant, allowing a passerby to get a glimpse of the bar scene. Bentwood and cane chairs, Pullman-style banquettes and long mingling dining tables seat 120 and invite a casual dining concept. For a glimpse of the action, a communal table gives way to an open kitchen featuring a Jade wood-burning grill with burning cherry wood coming directly from Florida.

Our 100% U.S.D.A. prime steaks are all dry-aged 21 to 28 days, cut to order from our very own on-site butcher shop. Our Alaskan King Crab legs are brought to you directly from the Bering Sea and our custom-designed saltwater tanks are keeping your live Maine lobsters fresh and waiting for you.
You simply must leave room for a one-of-a-kind dessert, such as our superb Tuxedo Cheesecake, Warm Gooey Butter Cake or our famous Council Oak 151 Volcano, flambéed tableside.
Upon entering the restaurant, guests can peer into the Butcher Shop through an expanded glass-walled partition. This is where the cuts of meat are personally selected, cut and branded for diners. This expertly maintained, climate-controlled environment also features dry-age coolers and pink Himalayan salt brick walls where primal cuts are aged between 21 - 28 days for extra tender and flavorful steaks.
